＊ 所有進口到台灣的貨品，全都得使用Ezway才有辦法通關。 如果不知如何填寫的，請來信跟我連絡。填寫方式十分的簡單也只需填寫一次。
＊ 生髮液的由於處埋方式不同。請確定產品加入到購物車秀出來的總額能接受才下單匯款。有問題都來信尋問。銀杏退黑都會再加一些處理費。下好單我會再另外報價。
＊ 海關會定義“頻繁買家”也會登記進口次數，多次數者，請多準備幾個有加入EZWAY的收件人，不定時去變換收件人，以免造成進口過多的印象。1-6月 及7-12各享有六次免稅進口次數。
＊ 運費包含 - 簡易清關的手續費＋基本稅金。但不含頻繁稅或是被抽中強制正式清關的費用(600元台幣) *1000包裏會出王現一到二包.比率很底但還是得註名。
＊ 任何包裹都有被各國海關抽驗的機率（被抽中機率很低，但是久久還是會有一二次，特別是過節期間 ）承諾代買無法保證你的包裹一定不會被抽驗到，因為這是海關系統隨機抽驗的。每個國家對於被抽驗到的貨要求與規定皆不同，承諾代買不承擔任何因海關驗貨或不準進口的責任。無論是進口，或是退回再重新寄的運費， 都需要買家要自行承擔。
＊ 確保產品的新鮮度,大多數的產品都是買家匯款後才會跟廠商連絡下單。
＊ 網站上的說明，只是方便下單時參考，沒辦法做到100%隨著官網變動。如果下單時發現價 錢變動了會寫信通知。

＊ 製造日期：國外的保養品大多數是無標示製造日期及有效期限的，一般只有出廠編號。
＊ 含藥類的產品，由於FDA的規定，保存期比較短，有的只有一年左右。我都會拿超過一年的。不到我也會寫信再問客人能不能接受。所以不要一次買太多,才不會放到過期浪費了喔！
＊ 如果匯款＋已寫信給我，三天內都沒收到回信，麻煩來信跟我連絡，很多時候我網站上都有更新進度，請別忘了登入到帳號裏去看，才不會有誤會產生。
